All new date and time zone controls in Beta 3.14.6

I’ve just pushed out a new beta 3.14.6.

The data formatting and time zone logic is all new internally, and there’s a brand new date selection control:

The rationale for the changes - which are extensive internally - is to use a more modern date/time library with full time zone support. The new library ends up reducing the overall size of the site significantly when compiled, so it should load more quickly and require less memory.

I’d love your eyes on this to check for any regression bugs - given the extent of the changes, there may be some issues found, but I hope not.

A few more updates since this release to fix a couple regression bugs and also a couple of PRO map layers where the server host name had been changed.

Thanks to everyone using the beta site - the crash reports have helped flush out a couple of issues.
