After doing some work on total eclipse images, @alison and I dusted off her C3 sequence from New Mexico last October and did a composite:
The layout gives a vertically exaggerated look at the lunar limb profile. I roughly fitted the actual (40x exaggerated) limb to show the correspondence:
How did you get the 40X actual? I’d like to do that for the one I did from Valley of the Gods
The API we built for all the eclipse stuff can produce an SVG with an arbitrary exaggeration factor. Details here:
