If you’re seeing time zone and elevation errors or issues with solar eclipse functionality, etc., it’s due to a major outage with one of our service providers.

Sorry for the interruption - this is one of those very uncommon but rather annoying situations.
Given that CloudFlare is a major provider supporting a ton of the internet’s traffic, they’ll be all over this and hopefully get things restored quickly.
