This panoramic viewpoint, located at 2,600 meters above sea level and accessible by car, is located in the Piedmont region. Since it is located within a protected park, to avoid heavy traffic, access by car is permitted only by reservation in August, and the number of visitors is limited. The road is open to traffic from June to October.

Looks like a beautiful spot. It’s been far too long since I was anywhere near that part of Italy!
I once drove a rusty old MG BGT from London to Firenze via the Mont Blanc tunnel. The brakes were not entirely reliable on the descent into Italy, so my eyes weren’t always on the scenery!
