Forum sign up now available via the web app (beta)

Hi everyone - I’ve added a forum link to Photo Ephemeris Web.

It only is shown if you’re signed in to your account. If we detect that you already have a forum account (we link it back to your Photo Ephemeris account when you sign up), the link takes you straight to here.

If your Photo Ephemeris account is not linked to a forum account, we show a pop up invitation form, together with an invite code that is required in order to register.

This update (3.10.5) will stay in beta for 24 hours or so just to ensure things are stable, then will be released to production.

Newbie here.

While I saw the above screen with the Invite Code, I was never asked for an invite code when I signed up (a few minutes ago) for the forum.

So perhaps the Invite Code is no longer implemented.

Welcome @dan0 ! Thanks for the reminder - yes, the invite code is no longer required for new sign ups.
