With all the new features being added to the MAX subscription I’m thinking of upgrading from PRO to MAX, when I click on UPGRADE it shows me all the features of each subscription but it doesn’t show the price, how do I see the price of MAX before I commit to the upgrade? I’m in the USA
Hi @ronskinner4435 – could you post a screenshot of exactly what you are seeing on the page after you click “Upgrade”? Please include the entire page, uncropped.
UPDATE: I think I found the issue and hopefully it is now resolved. Could you try again and let me know if you can see the plans and pricing OK? You’ll need to refresh the page to reload the updated site.
Yes it’s fixed now, yesterday when I was logged in and clicked on UPGRADE it would take me to the upgrade page but only show me the features of each subscription. The only thing I would see at the top of the page was 1. select plan 2. confirm change. Not now. I didn’t want to click confirm change without knowing the price. Today at the top I’m now seeing the price for MAX and the option to do Monthly or Annually. This whole section was missing yesterday. I’m really impressed with all the features that have been added lately so I think I’m gonna upgrade from my annual Pro subscription to the annual Max subscription. Thanks for your help!
