I’m meeting a weird problem in the city center of Marseille in France, as the buildings don’t load for a large rectangular patch which borders seem to be aligned with cardinal points.
It seems like the buildings are loaded from Google data, but when looking at Google Earth, I don’t see this patch missing.
Would you know how to solve that problem ?

I was able to reproduce the problem. It seems like a missing data tile in the building provided dataset.
Happily, with the new web app beta (see TPE Web Beta 4.8 Now Available, there’s an easy workaround for PRO subscribers.
You can now change the settings to use the “Enhanced” buildings option which does not show this data gap:
This is currently available only the beta site. I expect a full release later this week.
